This matrix board where activities, state of products, services, dedicated infrastructures, partners are placed rows, general process steps columns. visualized on shows how provider aid customers' job execution Previous cases based proposed Board; utility also identified. can serve as an effective basis analyze from perspective fulfilling needs, thus supporting companies diagnosing elaborating their respective PSSs.
