摘要: The pharmacokinetics and cardiovascular effects of the calcium entry blocker nisoldipine (10mg twice daily) were studied in 6 patients with renal failure (creatinine clearance 23 ± 9 ml/min) healthy control subjects after a single dose 1 week oral administration. No significant differences elimination half-life, area under concentration/time curve, peak plasma drug concentration time to reach that observed between subjects, single-dose short term decrease systolic blood pressure increase heart rate similar both groups, but diastolic was more pronounced patients. This can be explained by increased haemodynamic sensitivity for nisoldipine. Adverse mainly restricted first day
