摘要: Abstract α-Amylase is imperative for starch and its deriviatized industries. Functionalized graphene sheets were tailored optimized as scaffold α-amylase immobilization using Response Surface Methodology based on Box–Behnken design, with an overall efficiency of 85.16%. Analysis variance provided adequacy to the mathematical model further studies. Native immobilized functionalized characterized transmission scanning electron microscopy, followed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Wheat conjugated visually evident micrographs while FTIR spectra showed interplay various chemical interactions bonding, during after immobilization. Optimum pH optimum temperature enzyme though remained unchanged but broader range whereas Km a slight decrease (1.32 mg/mL). It also enhanced thermal storage stability retained 73% residual activity 10 uses. These ensemble properties non-toxic nature graphene, makes it viable be absorbed commercially in processing
