摘要: This paper investigates the benefits of high permittivity and permeability RF materials on electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance integrated circuit (IC) heatsinks. An analysis lossy using Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) simulations is presented findings are supported by experimental measurements carried out in both reverberation chamber (RC) Semi-Anechoic Chamber (SAC) environments.
