摘要: Common mode signals on flexible cables often cause unwanted EMI. currents can be controlled by applying electromagnetic absorbing materials to the cables. This work presents a set of specially designed test apparatuses that allow performance estimated for three typical structures known radiate: monopole antennas, loop and transmission lines. Two are compared each apparatuses, resulting common EMI metrics presented. The amount placement material was optimized based reduction impact signal integrity. better-performing were further tested in actual hardware (television), showing lower (of about 3 dB) apparatuses. possible reason reduced is cable may not only source radiation more complex real system.
