摘要: An abnormal morphology of germ cells has been found in two men with severely reduced fertility. Generally, addition to Sertoli cells, only one cell type was present the seminiferous tubules. Cells this differed considerably from normal spermatogonia. The diameter nuclei increased and they stained intensely Feulgen stain. Spermatocytes spermatids were absent Few, apparently normal, tubules also present, which accounts for finding a small number spermatozoa semen specimens. Both urinary excretion gonadotrophins 17-ketosteroids as well secondary sex characteristics chromosome complements normal.
