摘要: The observations of Skakkebaek and the evolution concept intratubular germ cell neoplasia (or testicular intraepithelial (TIN)) indicate that most, but not all, tumors testis evolve from a common neoplastic precursor lesion: neoplasia, unclassified type (IGCNU). It is defined as presence malignant cells within seminiferous tubules. At 5 years about 50% patients with biopsy positive for IGCNU have developed invasive tumors, only small fraction remain free by 7 years. Orchiectomy treatment choice in unilateral IGCNU, low-dose radiation efficacious bilateral (although sterility certain). So far, there one published report occurrence two cases cancer despite previous local radiotherapy to testis. A recent study demonstrated an estimated risk recurrent following chemotherapy 21% 42% at 10 years, respectively.
