摘要: We report a 40-year-old man with severe hypokinesis as paraneoplastic manifestation of microscopic “carcinoma in situ” the testis. The young age patient, along progressive neurologic deterioration, detection anti-Ma2 antibodies, and ultrasound findings bilateral microcalcifications, led to orchiectomy, revealing tumor both testes. After neurological symptoms stabilized, but patient eventually died systemic complications caused by his deficits. Anti-Ma2 encephalitis should be considered patients hypokinesis, intensive investigation aggressive approach treatment is encouraged prevent progression
