摘要: We present a case of patient infected with the human immunodeficiency virus who developed syphilis manifested by atypical early oral and skin ulcerations. The profound immune defects associated may lead to an altered clinical presentation more aggressive course in patients Treponema pallidum. unusual manifestations observed this emphasize importance considering secondary differential diagnosis any inflammatory mucosal disorder virus.
