摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) play important roles in tumor development and progression. The expression of lncRNAs is frequently dysregulated human cancer. DANCR (anti-differentiation RNA) a newly identified lncRNA cancer, however, its functional clinical value gastric cancer (GC) remains unknown. In this study, we investigated the tissues serum GC patients analyzed correlation between levels clinicopathological characteristics. Our results showed that was higher than adjacent non-cancerous tissues. level also elevated compared to healthy controls. were significantly associated with size, TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis invasion depth. knockdown inhibited proliferation cells by inducing cell cycle arrest apoptosis. addition, suppressed growth vivo. Moreover, migration via suppression epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). However, overexpression had opposite effect. activated SALL4 exerted oncogenic activities through activation β-catenin pathway. Taken together, our findings suggest promotes progression have potential serve as novel diagnostic biomarker.
