摘要: In the present study we investigated effect of a potent anti-inflammatory cytokine, interleukin (IL)-10, on development collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice. Each DBA1/J mouse was immunized with 200 micrograms native collagen and followed by booster injections at 3 weeks. rmIL-10 injected i.p. daily dose 100 ng/mouse. Mice were divided into four groups according to administration period rmIL-10. As result, 48-day course IL-10 treatment significantly suppressed severity arthritis. Among 4 groups, most pronounced suppression observed group which given from day 0 21. On other hand, there no significant differences serum IgG anti-type II (CII) titers between groups. Moreover, production cytokines (IL-6 tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha)) mediators (prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) nitric oxide (NO)) peritoneal macrophages seemed show clear correlation These results raise possibility that might be useful agent for suppressing progression CIA
