摘要: G protein-coupled receptor 43/free fatty acid 2 (GPR43/FFAR2) is essential for polymorphonuclear (PMN) recruitment. We investigated the expression of GPR43/FFAR2 in colon from Crohn’s disease patients and whether dietary fiber enteral nutrition increases GPR43+ infiltration mucosa. Segments ascending white blood cells peripheral were obtained 46 10 cancer patients. The grouped by activity (active or remission) with without fiber. Histological feature, location level tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukine-6 (IL-6) myeloperoxidase assessed. results hematoxylin-eosin immunohistochemistry staining revealed that immune cells, including PMN, was more severe active who consumed normal food than remission This finding supported GPR43 expression. Active (CD) exhibited cell similar to other CD patients, but PMNs rarely observed. TNF-α mRNA higher those In conclusion, use might increase effect not observed remission.
