摘要: Abstract This study investigated nitrogen and phosphorus assimilation lipid production of microalgae in industrial wastewater. Two native strains freshwater were evaluated their biomass growth modified BBM medium. Chlamydomonas sp. TAI-2 had better higher than Desmodesmus sp.TAI-1. The optimal accumulation tested under different sources, CO 2 concentrations illumination period aeration was 5% for to achieve maximal continuous illumination. Using wastewater as the medium, could remove 100% NH 4 + -N (38.4 mg/L) NO 3 − (3.1 mg/L) 33% PO 3− -P (44.7 mg/L) accumulate up 18.4%. Over 90% total fatty acids 14:0, 16:0, 16:1, 18:1, 18:3 acids, which be utilized biodiesel production.
