摘要: Abstract Regional coronary blood flow (CBF) in the acutely ischemic, normotensive ventricle was evaluated using radionuclide-labeled microspheres. Intraaortic balloon pumping (IABP) significantly increased CBF to myocardium made ischemic by either total or partial artery occlusion. Both subendocardial and myocardial area were IABP, associated with a slight but not significant decrease normally perfused areas of myocardium. The heart this setting appears autoregulate local response IABP.
