摘要: Short- and long-term trials were conducted to determine the rate of decline 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) in meat baits used for poisoning wild dogs. Baits injected with 0.2 ml standard solution (nominal dose 6.00 mg pure per bait) placed field. In trial, 10 collected at 7 intervals between 3 h 226 days, analysed residual by liquid chromatography. The recoverable content declined greatly over first 48 although days all retained some 1080. By 42.4 mean level was predicted be less than theoretical LD99 At time distribution, contained LD50 an average-sized eastern quoll. domestic cattle-dogs still present 72.9 days. Loss from these not correlated rainfall, temperature or humidity. short-term 11 up 200 h. decreased 3.09 (61% dose) within hour after injection a low 2.70 50. recovered then rose 73% 150.
