摘要: We report a case of an axillary lymph node containing benign glandular lesions, intraductal papilloma with florid and atypical duct hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ. propose 2 theories for the development papilloma: from adjacent inclusions, or displaced epithelial cells previous ipsilateral breast. This identifies yet another etiology false-positive sentinel nodes morphologically by immunohistochemistry.
