摘要: A case of well-differentiated muco-epidermoid carcinoma in a parotid lymph node is described. This tumour apparently arose within and was confined to the node. Salivary ductal acinar inclusions are often found nodes these may occasionally give rise salivary gland tumours, both benign malignant. The finding malignant such site does not necessarily imply metastasis from primary neoplasm elsewhere gland.
