摘要: Abstract A characteristic feature of nanodiamond (ND), as most nano-objects in which the number atoms on surface and within interface layers is comparable to that bulk, pronounced effect structural electronic properties material. This why investigation differences structure behavior defects impurities between nano- bulk diamond attracting particular interest. Where are located ND how have they been formed? Can specific effects originating from nanoscale carbon particles be revealed ND? Answers these questions can derived electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) nuclear magnetic (NMR) measurements, provide important information crystalline electronic-nuclear materials. chapter outlines physical basis underlying techniques, with subsequent summing up results obtained EPR NMR studies nanodiamonds recent years.
