摘要: The specialties of allergy and clinical immunology have entered the era precision medicine with stratification diseases into distinct disease subsets, specific diagnoses, targeted treatment options, including biologicals small molecules. This article reviews recent developments in research patient care future trends discipline. section on basic mechanisms allergic summarizes current status defines needs structural biology, type 2 inflammation, immune tolerance, neuroimmune mechanisms, role microbiome diet, environmental factors, respiratory viral infections. In on diagnostic challenges, trials, monitoring diseases, asthma, nonallergic rhinitis, new approaches to diagnosis drug hypersensitivity reactions are discussed further detail. third section, unmet areas for highlighted topics food allergy, biologics, molecules, novel therapeutic concepts allergen-specific immunotherapy airway disease. Unknowns at end each subsection.
