摘要: This work reports the effect of oxygen activity on surface segregation for TiO2 co-doped with two cations, indium and niobium (0.076 at.% In + 0.103 Nb). this work, we studied annealing at 1273 K in gas phase controlled both ions. The applied included pure oxygen, p(O2) = 100 kPa, argon, 10 Pa. segregation-induced concentration gradients were determined using secondary ion mass spectrometry X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. obtained results indicate that specimens argon cooperative ions leading to formation a structure involving comparative concentrations cations. However, preferential In2TiO5-type structure. are considered terms multicomponent processing layer properties desired specific applications. present indicates may be used as parameter engineering solid solution.
