摘要: The presence of subtle cues being watched has been reported to make people behave altruistically, even when they are anonymous. Individual selection theory predicts that generosity in the eyes is based on providers' expectation a future reward. On other hand, as we living quite large society which altruistic punishment effective, could elicit fear punishment. However, no previous study investigated whether concerned with their reputation social present. We conducted dictator game of, or without, painting stylized eyes. participants were then asked complete postexperimental questionnaire designed investigate what thinking decided amount money offer recipient and how perceived experimental situation. Participants eye condition allocated more than did those control condition. This effect was not mediated by but Moreover, results suggested expected actions would enhance third party.
