摘要: Estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone (PgR) have been recognized as being involved in the tumourigenesis of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Forty-nine resected NSCLC (39 males 10 females) were studied immunohistochemically formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections for ER PgR. There 26 squamous cell carcinomas, 22 adenocarcinomas one adenosquamous carcinoma. 38.8% (19/49)NSCLC had either a positive or PgR status which was ER+/PgR+, 2 ER+/PgR- 16 ER-/PgR+. no statistical difference hormone receptors sex histological subtypes (p > 0.05). The immunohistochemical assay formalin-fixed allows retrospective analysis NSCLC. ER-/PgR+ detected about third discordance between these is suggested to be due presence functioning variant constitutive synthesis independent estrogen induction certain
