摘要: Objective: To explore the probability of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antisense oligodeoxynucleotides as a developing new therapeutic strategy for glioma. Methods: VEGF protein expression was detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique. Tumor cell apoptosis observed TUNEL method. Results: Compared with control, inhibited in vitro. And inhibitory effects increased increasing concentration. positive rate 82.10% control group, while 2.5, 5, 10 µmol/L AODN groups, they were 70.00%, 57.85%, 53.20% respectively. No inhibition effect found lines treated missense and sense oligodeoxynucleotides. In vivo, therapy also induced increase apoptotic tumor cells. However, it has no on proliferation. Conclusion: It is hopeful that may be gene method to glioma through its antiangiogenesis VEGF.
