摘要: An aqueous extract of V. vinifera L. tendrils was evaluated for its ability to enrich the antioxidant capacity cultured cells. The long-time capability measured by in vitro chemical methods, and influence on reduced glutathione levels plasma membrane oxido reductase activity determined human keratinocytes (NCTC 2544). Keratinocytes are cells normally exposed oxidative stress, this reason adequately equipped with defences. However, it has long been suggested that exogenous antioxidants may play an important role minimizing adverse effects stress skin.We demonstrated tendril able increase, a time- dose-dependent manner, concentration trans as indirect evaluation intracellular redox status demonstrating relevant phytocomplex.
