摘要: A unique direct electrical detection method of biomolecules, charge pumping, was demonstrated using a nanogap embedded field-effect-transistor (FET). With aid pumping method, sensitivity can fall below the 1 ng/ml concentration regime in antigen-antibody binding an avian influenza case. Biomolecules immobilized are mainly responsible for acute changes interface trap density due to modulation energy level trap. This finding is supported by numerical simulation. The proposed biomolecules FET represents foundation chip-based biosensor capable high sensitivity.
