摘要: Brassica nigra and selected species of Leucaena Sesbania were used as indicator hosts in a greenhouse experiment designed to establish distinct categories mycorrhizal dependence. The plants grown an oxisol with different concentrations established soil solution P the presence or absence vesicular-arbuscular (VAM) fungus Glomus aggregatum. extent which plant depended on for dry matter production diminished increased P, but magnitude this decrease varied from species. Five are proposed based differences observed, ranging non-dependent very highly dependent. critical that useful separating host into VAM-dependency groups 0.02 0.2 mg/l. Species differing their dependency differed respect concentration required expression maximum VAM effectiveness, degree increasing depressed infection pattern immobile nutrient accumulation.
