摘要: Anthropogenic effects on soil fungi have been poorly investigated in peaty soils, where they a crucial role the maintenance of fertility and regulation nutrient cycles. In this study, we assessed land-use intensification composition fungal communities Mediterranean soils drained for agricultural purposes. To end, continuous maize cropping system was compared with an extensive grassland left abandoned 15 years. Molecular diversity community total arbuscular mycorrhizal (AMF) were assessed, as well chemical properties potentially responsible shifts. The relative roles also quantified by applying variation partitioning analysis. Multivariate analyses show that: (i) shapes AMF roots; (ii) base saturation (Bas Sat) exchangeable calcium (ExchCa) are significant drivers community; (iii) Bas Sat is only parameter shaping (iv) no affect root AMF. Based partitioning, which highlights large overlap between Sat, can assert that well-correlated composition, By contrast, acts major driver respect to ExchCa communities.
