摘要: A male, neutered cat was presented for lethargy, reluctance to walk, and mammary enlargement after recent treatment with megestrol acetate. Mammary fibroadenomatous hyperplasia diagnosed on the basis of history, clinical signs, histopathological findings. Pathogenesis, options attributed acetate are discussed.
