摘要: Abstract 1. This study demonstrates the presence of acetylcholine (ACh) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in neonate rabbit spinal ganglion; their values wane subsequently. 2. Prenatal postnatal ganglion neurons do not respond to ACh, although immature superior cervical cells exhibit adult cholinergic potentials. 3. These results indicate that ganglia are neither nor cholinoceptive ACh AChE play a role related transmission.
