摘要: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is a single polypeptide chain of 582 amino acids. It composed three structural and functional domains which are phylogenetically related1. Each domain an independent folding unit2 current evidence suggests that during synthesis the formation disulfide bonds proceeds linearly from to carboxy terminus as protein emerges polyribosome secreted3. Native surface structure, however, appears form in opposite direction4, ie., terminus, indicating dimensional structure each begins assemble only after complete then by nucleation around residing within terminal double loop domain4,5.
