摘要: Interest in helper and suppressor epitopes has been growing rapidly. It is now generally accepted that most antigens present structures (epitopes) to the immune system which are recognized preferentially by different sets of lymphocytes, as shown Fig. 1. These belong effector compartment containing B cells, Tc cells (cytotoxic cells), delayed-type hypersensitivity-mediating T (not shown), or regulatory Th Ts (helper suppressors). Structures termed epitopes, so on, balance two types epitope known be an important factor determining outcome at least some responses. The presence even a Single may enough prevent response from occurring.
