摘要: Nicotiana alata anthers cultured on different modified media based MS, MT and N were used to obtain haploid plants through direct indirect ways. The resulting MS medium ranged from 52% - 80%, 32% 28% 44%. Accordingly, the best for induction was supplemented with 0.2 mgl -l NAA + 0.5 KIN. On other hand, 0.4 KIN or 1.0 BAP mediums callus plant regeneration, respectively. Morphologically, leaf size, stem highest diameter, flower size anther length number about 67% of diploid growth. Irradiated doses 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20 25 Gy caused reducing increasing gamma radiation dose. For irradiated same doses, mortality percentage bud survival 15 affected negatively growth rate morphology. Proline content in plantlets increased As well, total soluble protein irradiation up 10 Gy. However, higher a severe decrease proteins. production proline proteins 48.6% 69.5%, respectively comparing plants.
