摘要: What does it take to be a successful global consultant, and how can we develop consultants? This chapter attempts answer these two questions by drawing upon our personal experiences of consulting in industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology as well relevant research on this topic. Although an I/O consultant may provide services and/or work applied projects many areas, present competency model for consultants based past work, accumulated experience, collective knowledge. From the ten competencies model, three core consistently appear essential success almost any role, whether or not: managing time resources, teamwork, problem solving.
