摘要: The genotoxic effects of occupational exposure to ionizing and non-ionizing radiation were investigated in 25 physicians nurses working hospitals 20 individuals at radio-relay stations. Examination was conducted by chromosome aberration analysis peripheral blood lymphocytes. data showed that total number aberrations people exposed radio-frequency (4.08 +/- 0.37 4.35 0.5 on 200 scored metaphases, respectively) almost equally higher than those non-irradiated subjects. increase proportion the having more 5-aberration/200 metaphases. Acentric fragments comprised most frequently seen type aberration. average numbers examined groups (11.8 x 10(-3) 14.8 per cell, respectively), significantly 4.2 10(-3), which observed controls, unexposed individuals. Dicentric also frequent (4.8 6.25 respectively, vs. 0.52 control). In contrast, frequency chromatid breaks increased only after (3.8 0.26 A positive correlation between cumulative 6-years dosage found. emphasized dangerous prolonged both types indicated chromosomal should be obligatory for
