摘要: It is well known that a variety of essential cellular processes are dependent either wholly, or in part, on the cell nucleus. Similarly, nucleus, order to carry out its functions, cytoplasm (Brachet 1957; Mirsky and Osawa 1961). The materials which responsible for these interactions must, some way, cross nuclear envelope. For this reason, knowledge permeability characteristics envelope can be considerable value understanding exchanges take place between nucleus cytoplasm. example, if were fully understood, one should know what specific form by mechanism RNA pass from into cytoplasm, substances, due their inability envelope, would have synthesized region where they located. Furthermore, as mechanisms such become known, it may possible alter thus control various physiological processes.
