摘要: RESUME Les implants generes par bio-ingenierie offrent des perspectives prometteuses en medecine regeneratrice grâce, entre autre, au developpement de supports mieux adaptes a la promotion la regeneration tissulaire. Plusieurs groupes recherche ont d’ailleurs developpe des techniques permettant d’immobiliser maniere non-orientee proteines afin de promouvoir l’adhesion et croissance cellulaire. Bien que reponses cellulaires aient pu etre observees, ces strategies couplage ne sont pas optimales en raison creation surfaces heterogenes l’alteration, dans nombreux cas, l’activite biologique ainsi greffees. Ces methodes fixation donc rapidement ete remplacees strategies favorisant le greffage oriente proteines.
