摘要: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is highly prevalent and the burden of this only expected to increase in coming 15–20 years. Once viewed as a limited lung, COPD now recognized multisystemic with various organ dysfunctions. Skeletal muscle dysfunction one most devastating systemic manifestations COPD. such reality that, depending on clinical situations, 20–35% patients refer leg fatigue main cause exercise cessation, whereas 41% consider it be at least major contributor limitation.
