摘要: Sarcoids are the most common skin neoplasm in Equidae family. benign, but may cause severe damage affected animals. Due to high risk of post-treatment recurrence and lack an effective method treatment, it is reasonable perform studies on molecular aspects this neoplasm. Therefore, present analyzed five genes (cell cycle control binding protein alpha, coronin 1b, metalloproteinase 2, tissue inhibitor metalloproteinases 3 vimentin) related cell mobility invasion traits. Primary healthy fibroblasts sarcoid cells were obtained from biopsies. Cell lines cultured two different medium types with concentrations foetal bovine serum (10% 0.5% FBS) study its influence genes. Gene expression was measured using real-time PCR method. The results showed significant differences (coronin depending culture conditions. In conclusion, enabled finding new genes, motility traits, which gene deregulated. Results put knowledge into complexity genetic background disease show importance further analysis subject.
