摘要: Drawbacks of conventional virus purification methods have led to the development new, mostly chromatography-based methods. Short monolithic columns are stationary phases intended for large molecules. In this work efficient chromatographic tomato mosaic (ToMV) from plant material is described. Based on short column, process was shortened 5 days 2 hours. High viral purity achieved and recovery step up 90%. addition, these enabled preliminary quantification in just a few minutes, much faster than other (e.g. enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay or real-time polymerase chain reaction) which take 1-2 days. These results demonstrate potential monolith column technology analysis different viruses.
