摘要: In this review we discuss the various ways in which dislocations interact with and provide sites for segregation of point defects. Since there is, general, a long-range interaction between defect dislocation, kinetics migration defects to will depend on form magnitude interaction. The origin spatial forms it can take are therefore discussed some detail related resulting kinetics. early stages process be explained satisfactorily correlated experimental observations without detailed discussion physical situation prevailing at dislocation cores. However, later observed very often show strong departure from simple first order and, case, an explanation requires point-defect behaviour within core region. Various physically plausible situations related, where possible, pertinent observations.
