摘要: A survey of past and existing management measures applied to different fisheries in European Western Waters is analyzed as a typology co-management between governments stakeholders. Faced with increasing constraints on accessing fish stocks, have evolved toward fishing rights individualization, limited access various other specific measures. Restrictions changed fishermen’s behaviour several significant ways. comparative analysis, based qualitative data collected through interviews focus groups, developed for from the following countries: France, Ireland, Spain United Kingdom. Past individual harvesting four countries are reviewed compared.
