摘要: Circulating miR-155 play a vital role in hypertension. The aim of the present study was to explore association with blood pressure and inflammatory markers, investigate predictive value circulating for white coat hypertension (WCH). This cross-sectional continuously enrolled 105 subjects divided into three groups based on office monitoring 24-h ambulatory (ABPM): normal hypertension, WCH, group. assessed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Spearman correlation coefficient area under ROC curve (AUC) were used. We found group significantly higher than those WCH level positively correlated C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, systolic (SBP), diastolic (DBP), ABMP parameters (24-h SBP, DBP, daytime nighttime SBP 24 h DBP) (all P < 0.05). yielded an AUC 0.843 (95% CI: 0.753, 0.933; P < 0.001) 0.832 0.736, 0.928; differing from control subjects, respectively. Our results suggested that associated may become potential noninvasive marker detection.
