摘要: Abstract We present the morphology and electrical conductivity of thin films quasi one-dimensional conductor K0.3MoO3 produced by pulsed laser deposition. Atomic force microscopy reveals granular nature with texture depending on substrate deposition conditions. While better have higher conductivity, they all show universal temperature dependence in range 20 K–300 K. The results are analyzed within models co-tunneling variable hopping (VRH) media based Efros–Shklovskii (ES–VRH) model. suggest two different approaches to interpret data, either ES–VRH regimes crossover around 45 K or a modified regime T2 pre-factor up T ~ 100 K an activated one above. second approach yields unique value parameter T0 = 1000 K examined films.
