摘要: The Mediterranean coastline is a dynamic and complex system which owes its complexity to past present vicissitudes, e.g. tectonic history, climatic fluctuations, prolonged coexistence with human activities. A plant species that widespread in this habitat the sea daffodil, Pancratium maritimum (Amaryllidaceae), perennial clonal geophyte of coastal sands neighbouring areas, well adapted stressful conditions sand dune environments. In study, an integrated approach was used, combining genetic environmental data niche modelling approach, aimed investigate: (1) effect climate change on geographic range at different times {past (last inter-glacial, LIG; last glacial maximum, LGM), (CURR), near-future (FUT)} (2) possible influence variables structure current period. results show 48 daffodil populations (867 specimens) display good diversity marginal (i.e. Atlantic Sea populations) lower values. Recent signature bottleneck detected few (8%). molecular variation higher within (77%) two pools were represented. Comparing simulations time, global increased, further extension foreseen near future thanks projections areas currently-more temperate, where our model suggested forecast for more similar coast. significant positive correlation observed between distance Precipitation Coldest Quarter variable periods. Our analyses support hypothesis geomorphology coasts, currents, have played roles shaping especially during LGM because strong caused by glaciations.
