摘要: The authors assumed an ideal manner of sinter block densification due to increase in melt volume, and explained thereby changes strength yield with operational factors such as ore porosity, CaO/Fe2O3 ratio coke content.Based on knowledge liquid phase sintering, they drew polygonal lines describe the change which comprised two line segments for rapid slow regions, where position broken point slope later segment reflected porosity more porous ores sifted volume side less allowed turn from negative positive.After assuming a distribution cake, illustrated that relative location curve was determine sintering yield, predicted disaccording overmelting phenomena result pairing curve's transformation segment's region.
