摘要: Bulk, isotropic and anisotropic nanocomposite magnets of (Nd,Pr,Dy)/sub x/Fe/sub 100-x-y-z-u-v/Co/sub y/Al/sub z/Ga/sub u/B/sub v/ with x= 8-11.6, y= 6-6.3, z= 0-0.2, u= v= 5.6-10.0 were prepared their magnetic properties as functions rare-earth content, hot press temperature, hot-deformation amount investigated. For magnets, the best (BH)/sub max/ 16.2 MGOe was obtained when pressing Nd/sub 9.3/Pr/sub 0.5/Dy/sub 0.2/Fe/sub 77.7/Co/sub 6.3/Al/sub 0.2/Ga/sub 0. /2B/sub 5.6/ at 660/spl deg/C. The performance is strongly dependent on content deformation amount. 42 achieved in a hot-deformed 10.8/Pr/sub 0.6/Dy/sub 76.1/Co/sub 0 /./sub 2/B/sub magnet 70% height reduction.
