摘要: Objectives: To assess the influence of nicotine on proliferation and gene expression osteogenic angiogenic mediators osteoblasts. Material methods: Rabbit primary osteoblasts were exposed to various concentrations (0.001, 0.1 10 μmol/l). The cell was assessed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide. transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1, bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2, platelet-derived (PDGF)-AA vascular endothelial (VEGF) evaluated using real-time reverse transcription – polymerase chain reaction. Results: osteoblast inhibited at concentration 0.001–10 μM 48 72 h culture, but with no significant effect 24 h. TGF-β1, BMP-2, PDGF-AA VEGF 10 μM, difference low 0.001 μM. Conclusions: Nicotine suppresses inhibits some key in vitro experimental model. These inhibitory effects activity may reflect, a certain degree, overall detrimental tobacco use survival rate dental implants. To cite this article: Ma L, Zwahlen RA, Zheng LW, Sham MH.
