摘要: We review the implications of large-scale brain systems on construct attention by first focusing significant theories and discoveries during previous 150 years then considering how comparatively recent discovery may render conceptualizations outdated. Seven functional networks are briefly reviewed emerging principles functioning for test construction neuropsychological evaluation considered. To remain a relevant discipline moving into 21st century, field neuropsychology needs to apply that have been discovered about better inform our understanding as well ever-refining this construct.
