摘要: Coffee is globally one of the most important export crops and a prominent part economy in more than 50 countries Latin America, Africa Asia. In Colombia, it has been leading commodity for century. However, genetic research on coffee rather sparse mainly focused two major cultivated species, Coffea arabica L. C. canephora P., leaving unexplored potential other species. this study, an interspecific mapping population consisting 101 F1 hybrid plants from cross between diploid species liberica eugenioides was evaluated segregation at 618 molecular marker loci. Of these, 168 SSRs ESTs exhibited polymorphic patterns that allowed analysis linkage estimations. A map 146 co-dominant loci 11 predicted groups constructed using software JoinMap 3.0. The conjoined maternal/paternal length 798.68 cM, average saturation density 6.01 cM/interval, covers estimated 66–86 % genome. Approximately 24 % had null alleles, 23.5 % distortion.
