摘要: The concentration of 13,14-dihydro-15-oxo-prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGFM) has been measured in daily samples peripheral venous plasma from 5 women throughout the ovarian or menstrual cycle. values have combined by days, relative to a pre-ovulatory peak, LH peak and Day 1 next patterns (geometric means) related corresponding for oestradiol, progesterone. results show that there was considerable variation PGFM (50-909 pmol/l; n = 140) coefficient within an individual cycle ranged 30-74%. Nevertheless two peaks--one (associated with marked increase level circulating oestradiol) one pre-menstrual rapidly falling levels oestradiol progesterone) were apparent all cycles. during rise 521 +/- 325 mean SD value 571 325; both peaks significantly higher (P less than 0.0025, P 0.0005, respectively, Student's t-test) remainder (257 190). There no significant difference, however, between follicular luteal phases.
